Pro Irrigation Refund and Returns Policy
At Pro Irrigation, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you’ve received a defective or wrong product, we’re here to help facilitate a return or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- We accept exchanges for products that were supplied incorrectly by Pro Irrigation or for those ordered in error by the customer.
- We only accept returns for defective products.
- Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return or exchange.
- Product Condition: The returned or exchanged product must be in a salable condition, meaning it’s free from damage not related to the defect, and includes all original packaging and accessories.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange To return or exchange a defective product, simply send an email to info@proirrigation.co.za. Please include your order number and a description of the defect.
Product Collection and Refunds/Exchanges We cover all return and exchange costs. This means:
- Return Shipping Cost: For all eligible returns (defective products) and exchanges (incorrectly supplied or customer-ordered-in-error products), Pro Irrigation pays 100% of the return shipping costs. There is no cost to the customer for return shipping.
- Restocking Fees: Pro Irrigation does not charge any restocking fees for returns or exchanges.
- Free Collection: Once your return or exchange request is approved, we’ll arrange a convenient time to collect the defective or incorrectly supplied product directly from your house at no charge to you.
- Refund/Exchange Process:
- For Refunds: Upon successful collection and inspection of the defective product, we will process your refund. Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days after the product has been collected and inspected. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- For Exchanges: If you opt for an exchange, we will arrange for the replacement of the defective or incorrectly supplied product after collection and inspection. The replacement will be shipped at no additional cost to you.
